This is a project of two different propositions of a floorplan for this competition. For better understanding of my propositions each one has a color and a grayscale version. There are also legends for both propositions. Since it was allowed to break some walls and move others - there are some to-build-and-demolish and the existing condition plans.
In both propositions I have separated the sleeping space (that includes sleeping rooms, bathrooms, closet room and laundry room) from the living space (kitchen, living and dining room and the entrance area). In one of them I even left a water closet for the quick access in case there are guests, so they don't mix with the bathroom that is within the sleeping space.
I gave my best to give comfortable and interesting propositions where the clients would not have to do much of the demolition or have other significant changes, all in accordance with the files, measurements and the overall material we were provided.
