renew and extend my house

Briefing

Hello, we would like to have a larger and brighter living room and kitchen on the 1st floor, as well as a master bedroom with independent bathroom and dressing room. We also have 2 kids, therefore we need a total of 4 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms. Be careful that the ground floor is only 2.20 m high, so we may need to extend a bit the house instead of just renewing it. Pictures are also in the "plan" section. As well as our initial idea to be challenged.
