Description

The internal plan has undergone an important internal redistribution, while retaining the presence of large walls necessary for structural support. Two OPEN SPACE's have been created on the second floors with the ottica to create two wings destined to the sleeping area, which being so separated are able to give privacy and functionality to the house.
The internal distribution also takes into account any future separation between the levels. Bathrooms have been created for the exclusive use of guests and the required areas have been added, also obtaining a room and a bathroom more than required.
The external façade was very much emphasized, which was completely revisited and improved also from an energetic point of view, inserting a ventilated wooden wall (see drawings). This solution improves the appearance and allows significant energy savings.
The garage has been converted into the new basement which has been connected to the house directly. Batteries for photovoltaics and wind turbines are available in the cellar. Above it has been obtained a spacious terrace on several levels where specific areas for relaxation have been included, including a Jacuzzi. The perimeter of the terrace and the swimming pool have been surrounded by hedges, which promote privacy and offer shelter from the wind. Also on the back side hedges have been used to improve wind protection. On the enclosure to the south a polycarbonate panel has also been inserted which stops the wind and still allows to enjoy the view, even from that garden wall. In addition, a large area of grass and trees has been created, which embellish the entire house, giving it a natural and clean appearance. The irrigation system uses rainwater that flows into a buried reservoir.
The front terrace has also been equipped with a wooden pergola to increase the shade in the area.
The access gates have been moved, in order to improve the internal traffic. In addition, two uncovered parking spaces were obtained for guests.
In the drawings you can see how the materials were used and what solutions I used for the lights (all LEDs to save energy). In a render you will see what a beautiful light effect I have achieved.
I used an interesting type of doors for the exterior, which maximizes the interior light. First the windows were definitely small.
Internally at level 1 i recovered two large shoe racks in the room before the master bedroom. A large wardrobe room was also provided.
I believe that the spaces obtained are well distributed and that the solutions adopted respond to your needs. I hope you like the project. Good luck with the work!
