Si propone di posizionare tutti i divani in colore nero in contrasto con il bianco e i legni chiari predominanti. Un nuovo divano in stile Chesterfield, come quello esistente, viene aggiunto e aggiunge una copertura nera alle poltrone esistente.
Un mobile per la TV, con rifiniture in rovere chiaro, con ripiani e cassettiere e luci a LED, è stato appositamente progettato. Questo mobile è l'anima del progetto, salvando l'angolo del muro proprio di fronte alla colonna, con una rottura ad angolo che gli conferisce un tocco distintivo.

La colonna rotonda è rivestita in impiallacciatura di legno di rovere chiaro e il rivestimento vegetale è ridisegnato per renderlo più discreto e minimalista.
Nella cucina è incluso un nuovo design del controsoffitto, applicando il legno, caratteristica del nuovo spazio del soggiorno, e unificando così lo stile del design, tra cui luci a LED e un nuovo apparecchio.
Nella sala da pranzo è incluso un tavolo allungabile e le porte degli armadi sono rinnovate con il nuovo legno caratteristico. Inoltre, si consiglia di cambiare il colore dei telai delle finestre in questo spazio in bianco, in modo che siano in sintonia con il resto delle porte e delle finestre.
Le tende esistenti sono mantenute perché sembrano in ottime condizioni in tutti gli spazi.
Particolare attenzione è rivolta alla ridistribuzione dei foto da mantenere. Meno quadri vengono posizionati per parete, utilizzando la parete della sala da pranzo per posizionare i quadri che vengono rimossi dal soggiorno. Una buona distribuzione di questi quadri è importante, poiché essendo troppi, è una buona strategia mettere meno su ogni superficie. In questo modo si fa in modo che tutti si apprezzino di più, mentre lo spazio sembra più minimalista.

Dear customer, I greet you to make available the following project that seeks to fulfill your requests. I worked on the premise of maintaining the floors and furnishings requested. It is proposed to place all sofas in black color in contrast to white and the predominant light woods. A new L-style Chesterfield sofa, like the existing one, is added, adding a black coverage to the armchairs.
A TV cabinet is specially designed, with a light oak finish, with shelves and drawers, and LED lights. This piece of furniture is the soul of the project, saving the corner of the wall just in front of the column, with an angled break that gives it a distinctive touch.
The shelving area is redesigned including a column furniture with door and shelves and keeping the white chest of drawers. The recessed shelves on the wall facing the kitchen are also redesigned including wood and white shelves.
The false ceilings are redesigned to have a pure formal design, in relation to the spaces they delimit, including wood, and LED strips. New luminaires are included, but the hanging light on the table is kept.
The round column is clad in light oak veneer and the vegetal cladding is redesigned to make it more discreet and minimalist.
The kitchen includes a new design of the false ceiling, applying wood, characteristic of the new living room space, and thus unifying the design style, including LED lights and a new luminaire.
The dining room includes an extendable table and the doors of the cabinets are renewed with the new characteristic wood. In addition, it is suggested to change the color of the window frames in this space to white, so that they are in tune with the rest of the doors and windows.
The existing curtains are kept since they look in very good condition in all spaces.
Particular attention is paid to the redeployment of the photos to be retained. Fewer pictures are placed per wall, using the wall of the dining room to place pictures that are removed from the living room. A good distribution of these pictures is important, given that being too many, it is a good strategy to place less on each surface. In this way it is possible to appreciate each one more, while the space looks more minimalist.
