reinvented bathroom - redesigned living room - furnished bedrooms (low cost solutions but wow guaranteed effect)

Briefing

The apartament is included in a complex of public housing, I would like to renovate with a simply style, a little vintage.
I will live here for one year and I will rent it to student or workers after. I want low cost solutions for this reason.

The most renovation will be in the bathroom that can be completly renewed. Takes full advantage of the spases!

Sleeping area is large. I would like a little decrease, so to have a closet. Flooring rooms will be the same.

Living area is most difficolt project for me. Help me, please!
You can break down, a part of it or all, the wall that divide kitchen and living room. I don’t have other same tile, but I will buy it because I wouldn’t replay the flooring.

I have my grandparent’s furniture, restored and paint, I would like to use (see attached photos).

I can chance gas boiler position, in the balcony for example, to save internal space.
I want to chance windows and electrical system.
