La proposta presentata consiste in una completa rifunzionalizzazione dell’appartamento pur non agendo eccessivamente sulle pareti esistenti; per fare questo si è traslato a sinistra il disimpegno notte che presenta comode armadiature lungo il lato maggiore e così da rendere le camere di una metratura più proporzionata. Entrando in casa ciò che si percepisce è l’ampiezza degli spazi oltre alla luminosità degli ambienti, questo dovuto al doppio affaccio dell’area living e dell’openspace che presenta cucina con penisola, sala da pranzo che filtra il soggiorno che ospita un grande divano, il mobile tv a tutta parete, una libreria oltre alla ricercata area smart-working. Particolare attenzione si è prestata alla funzionalità degli spazi così da ricavare un primo armadio filomuro all’ingresso dove riporre gli abiti e le scarpe, e un secondo armadio / ripostiglio-dispensa in cucina a tutta altezza e sempre con ante filomuro. I bagni sono due, e per un’ottimizzazione dei costi vengono collocati dove già sono presenti gli scarichi, tutti e due sono di ampia metratura ed il principale presenta il mobile con doppio lavandino. Le camere sono tre con la padronale studiata per ospitare una cabina armadio o comunque un grande armadio a tutta parete oltre ad angoli da allestire eventualmente con una lounge chair oppure con una consolle.

The proposal presented consists of a complete refunctionalization of the apartment without acting excessively on the existing walls; to do this, the night hallway was moved to the left, which has comfortable wardrobes along the longer side, thus making the rooms more proportionate in size. Upon entering the house what you perceive is the spaciousness of the spaces as well as the brightness of the rooms, this is due to the double view of the living area and the open space which features a kitchen with peninsula, a dining room which filters the living room which houses a large sofa , the full-wall TV cabinet, a bookcase as well as the sophisticated smart-working area. Particular attention was paid to the functionality of the spaces so as to create a first flush-to-the-wall wardrobe at the entrance where you can store clothes and shoes, and a second full-height wardrobe/closet-pantry in the kitchen and again with flush-to-the-wall doors. There are two bathrooms, and to optimize costs they are placed where the drains are already present, both are large in size and the main one has a cabinet with double sink. There are three bedrooms with the master bedroom designed to accommodate a walk-in wardrobe or in any case a large full-wall wardrobe as well as corners that can possibly be set up with a lounge chair or a console.
