I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Apartment (Redesign my home to create value) .
Your apartment has been designed as follows :
The apartment is a property on the first floor of Villa D and has a double entrance, kitchen with balcony, adjoining bathroom, utility room, living room, two double bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The space of the small bathroom was modified to accommodate an additional shower, while deducting space from the large bathroom to create a previous room containing the washer and dryer.
The spaces were redistributed so that the apartment now contains:
1- A spacious area that includes a living room and a dining table, with an open kitchen next to the entrance door that can be closed with a wooden partition.
2- The apartment contains a master bedroom with its own bathroom (the largest bathroom), and a second double bedroom containing a queen-sized bed, with the addition of a third bedroom containing a single bed with a changing area. It can be a room for a guest or a nanny.
3- The apartment has a balcony that serves the living room and the first balcony of the two bedrooms, respectively, and another balcony that serves the kitchen, in which a table and two chairs can be placed.
4- The modern and contemporary style was used in the design of your apartment despite the elegant classic style that has now become outdated, hence the need to update the apartment’s finishes and equipment.
5- The presence of a double entrance conflicts with the general consistency and does not represent an advantage, so it was canceled and the main entrance was highlighted only.
