There are 3 segments of your yard that are to be united. It is not possible to make it a whole literally but in a visual way it was my idea to yet make it work as one single yard with a story. So you have a lot of friends and you hang out with them a lot...they would probably be different, like dynamic staff and enjoy their free time relaxing. I thought of a micro-ambients in one large space with uniform mood. So you have your chill area, your food and cocktails area, your hot tub with the exotic shower area and central hanging area which will turn out to all of the previous ones, tide them and bring them in again. Connection between these micro-ambients is 1-visual: they now can communicate and even if you’re doing different things and sitting on the other end of a yard you and your friends still have feeling of being all together; 2- physical: very discretely the pavement comes out from one of your ambients and slides into another. This is how our hot-tub-area decking will transform into a steps, change its material, and bring us to the center of the yard. And the brick path will grow into our stone pavement, grab a piece of it and even though it’s putting a line between bar and hanging zone it will also connect them. Now we have a single space with lot of interesting points which are to be enjoyed and hopefully a joyful environment to welcome a lot of dynamic and unforgettable gettingtogethers. Cheers! :)
