recupero sottotetto - recovery of the garret/attic

ITA: L'immobile e' composto da un primo piano di 150 mq, con ingresso indipendente dalla strada, e da un sottotetto al secondo piano di 250mq piu' terrazzo di 100mq. Il progetto deve prevedere il "recupero del sottoteto" che si unisca al primo piano con una scala interna o esterna. Il progetto puo' essere per un appartamento unico o ricavare piu' appartamenti. Attualmente il tetto e' a falde inclinate inverse (si veda planimetria). Con le foto allego due sezioni per indicare i vincoli (regolamento del Comune di Milano) delle altezze massime e il prospetto facciata verso strada per i vincoli delle finestre. I vincoli sono relativi al recupero del sottotetto. Le altezze per il recupero sottotetto sono: h colmo: 340; h colmo sottotrave: 310; h facciata interna sottotrave: 220; h facciata interna tra i travetti: 240; h facciata su stradasottotrave: 202; h facciata interna tra i travetti:222. ENG: The property consists of a first floor of 150 square meters, with an independent entrance from the street, and an garret/attic on the second floor of 250 square meters with a terrace of 100 square meters. The project must include the "recovery of the garret/attic" which joins the first floor with an internal or external staircase. The project could be for obtain a single apartment or more apartments. Currently the roof has an inverse sloping pitch (see plan). With the photos I am attaching two sections to indicate the constraints (regulation of the Municipality of Milan) of the maximum heights and the facade facing the street for the constraints of the windows. The constraints relate to new project of "recovery of the garret/attic". The heights for the attic recovery are: h ridge: 340; h ridge under beam: 310; h internal facade under beam: 220; h internal facade between the joists: 240; h facade on street below beam: 202; h internal facade between the joists: 222. I love minimalist style, I love large spaces (also like loft), large rooms, large bathrooms. The main furnishing of an apartment is light.
