reception and office for a new self storage

Hi, we are going to open a self storage in a middle city on the Adriatic sea, and we are planning to start with a first phase of 100 boxes. We should also arrange the reception area; we started with some works in it, as you can see in the enclosed photos, but, as the walls are by plasterboards, changes can be made. In the area we are going to put a false ceiling and we need to divide the space in a reception area in which to put a modern grey reception desk of cm200x100x85 h, a little room of about 2,00x1,50 m. for technical equipment and a third area with open work spaces. We should also divide the area behind the wall in two areas of 35-40m2 to be used as boardrooms and some little offices of about 12-15m2. The look should be friendly and smart, and ..last question: can you give us some ideas to make the wall in the last photo more attractive? Thank you very muck! Rossella



Buongiorno, stiamo allestendo un self storage in Ancona, iniziamo con una prima fase di 100 box. Dobbiamo organizzare la zona reception, che andremo a controsoffittare, e quella retrostante. Abbiamo iniziato già alcuni lavori ma, essendo i muri in cartongesso, possono essere fatte delle modifiche. Abbiamo bisogno di una area reception chiusa , nella quale mettere un bancone delle dimensioni 200x100x85h e di un locale tecnico di circa 2,00x1,50 m2, mentre vorremmo adibire la restante parte dell'area a zona con postazioni dotate di computer. Vorremmo dividere la parte retrostante in due aree di circa 35-40m2 da adibire a sala riunioni e il resto in uffici di circa 12-15m2 ciascuno. L'aspetto dovrebbe essere moderno e accogliente e... ultima richiesta: qualche idea per rendere più piacevole il muro che si vede dall'ingresso (ultima foto)?

p.s. Contrariamente a quanto indica nel file .dwg vi è una scala che fa accedere al terrazzino su cui si affaccia la seconda porta del locale.
