Residential - Sleaping Area
Dear Client,
I am pleased to present the redesigned floor plan that addresses your spatial needs while enhancing functionality and modern aesthetics throughout.
ENTRY & FIRST BATHROOM
I have completely reimagined the entry area to create a dedicated corridor that leads to the first bathroom. This bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink—providing all essential amenities. Additionally, I’ve incorporated a storage closet on the right side of the entrance to maximize utility. A door now separates the entry zone from the sleeping area, ensuring privacy and clear spatial definition.
KITCHEN DESIGN
The kitchen has been configured in an L-shape layout to optimize workflow and counter space. A large window floods the area with natural light, and I’ve included a small dining table for casual meals and morning coffee—creating a cozy, functional breakfast nook.
SECOND BATHROOM & LAUNDRY INNOVATION
The second bathroom begins with a vanity area featuring the sink, followed by the bathroom door. Inside, you’ll find the shower, toilet, and bidet—maintaining full functionality. The key innovation here: I’ve replaced the bathroom window with a door that opens to a new dedicated laundry area, significantly improving the home’s utility without compromising bathroom amenities.
LIVING & DINING SPACES
I’ve separated the living room from the dining area using a contemporary wooden partition that elegantly integrates the TV screen. This design element defines each zone while maintaining visual flow. Both areas feature a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that creates a cohesive entertaining space.
BEDROOMS & FUTURE FLEXIBILITY
Each bedroom includes a dressing area sized appropriately to meet storage needs. Importantly, the master bedroom’s dressing area has been intentionally designed with future adaptability in mind—should you wish to convert it into an ensuite bathroom down the line, the layout fully accommodates this transformation without major structural changes.
This redesign balances your immediate functional requirements with long-term flexibility, all wrapped in a contemporary design language that elevates your living experience.
