Description

The main strategy for this design is to retain the floor plan exactly as was designed by the previous designer but with only a few adjustments.

For example, the exterior wall of the office and the living room in this proposal has been aligned to avoid an awkward corner in the living room. Externally, this allows for eight elegant concrete fins to rise up in a rhythm from the wall that touches the small living room and the office. The fins rise over the roof (where they can support solar panels or solar heater) and onto the opposite side.

The guest lounge is a beautiful 4.7 metre high volume which gives the impression of spaciousness, and this has been articulated by the large window on looking the garden.

The two kitchens proposed have direct entry into the pantry, whereas an outdoor dining space has been proposed to as a gazebo. There are two entrances to the home. One for the cars and the other for pedestrians, both exiting directly into the street.

The designer hopes that this house will inspire happiness and warmth, and it be a delightful reminder of the power of family life.

The Right One!!!
