Description

The design that I have created for the “PW51 - Modern saddle roof home” contest completely transforms the image of the current house. Now it has a more modern and sophisticated look, where textures, colors and different materials are mixed.
The house is surrounded by a lot of vegetation and all internal spaces have ventilation and natural lighting. Even the ones in the basement.
On both sides of the house I have generated 3 spaces to park cars. They are hidden behind sliding doors.
The garage on the west side is accessed by a ramp that goes down 60 centimeters.
This allows you to provide ventilation and lighting to the spaces that are in the basement.
From the garage you can enter the house or go down the stairs and reach the pool. From the other parking lot you can also enter the basement by going down the external stairs. These apartments can function independently, so when the children grow up, they can develop their lives there.
These basement apartments have a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom.
They can also be accessed from the ground floor via an internal staircase.
The ground floor has all the spaces that the client requested and also with the style that he wanted, large windows, a staircase and a fireplace similar to the image that he shared as a style reference.
There is an internal dining room with 10 seats and a small table on the balcony for breakfast.
Behind the kitchen is the place where The trash cans are kept. When they need to be taken out to the street, it is done through a door that leads to the garage.
On the first floor there is a main room, with a bathroom with all the client's requirements, a dressing room and a sauna (the sauna can be removed and the dressing room can be further expanded)
The children's rooms are not directly connected to the parents' rooms.
There is a smaller room that can function as a bedroom or study.

On the northwest side of the pool is the place to grow, there is enough space for the client to grow their favorite plants
