Basement:
In the basement I found enough space for a one-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment as well a spacious technical room/storage room. On the front of the house I put 3 walk-on-windows to provide light to the rooms in the basement. In the back of the house I pushed back the exterior wall and added a line of turning wood panels so it would provide privacy on the main garden.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor I pulled back the front facade to give space. I extended the existing garage to fit two cars - and created a roof terrace on top which can be accessed through the laundry room to possibly dry clothes and through the first floor hallway.
In the front of the house you will find the guest bedroom, the guest bathroom and the home office.
The back of the house is spacious enough for a big living room with a design fireplace, big dining area and a kitchen.
First floor:
The master suite consists of a spacious bedroom, a walk in closet (you can access the suite through here) and a bathroom with focus on the bathtub and sink and a hidden shower and toilet.
