Two floorplans are provided for you. One for the main 1-bedroom apartment plan and another one with the added bedroom (for a future possibility of a 2-bedroom apartment). No heavy transformation has been made, only changes in the interior partitions to meet the space requirements and budget. The living area, dining, and kitchen have been arranged in an open-type space to create a spacious and multi-purpose area. This open space is directly accessible from the corridor to avoid a long hallway/corridor. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen, big enough to hold a lavatory, water closet, and a 120x80cm shower. The master bedroom is accessible from the living area. The general style of the apartment is of modern contemporary style to give a clean, sleek ambiance and a great visual impact of the place.
