Dear Client,
Before presenting our proposal to you, we thank you for your precision in terms of needs. Regarding our design, we have tried to exploit the space with optimization to offer you functional and pleasant living space and also to facilitate the conversion into a two-bedroom apartment.
The main idea of our project is to take advantage of placing living spaces on the facade to have maximum natural light by following a progression from the day area to the night area. The toilet and the dressing room were placed on the opposite wall as well as a reading area at the entrance as the end space of the entrance hall.
We have adopted a modern minimalist style with just the necessary furniture. the finishing materials were inspired by the colors of earth wood, green, with white.
