The design has been developed based on the client’s preferred style and aesthetic principles, shaping the overall layout and spatial composition.
The dominant color palette of the project consists of white, natural wood tones, and subtle black accents. These black accent elements are introduced to enhance contrast and achieve visual balance within the space. The fabric selections for the furniture, the kitchen cabinetry, and the TV wall decorative elements are defined by white and neutral shades.
Wooden decorative panels and the parquet flooring serve as warm, atmospheric elements that balance and enrich the overall environment.

The layout was designed according to the client’s preferences and based on spatial circulation. Public areas are located on the ground floor, while private spaces are arranged on the first floor. All irregular angles have been concealed within the furniture and home decor, ensuring that every part of the space is fully utilized.
