Costruzione nuovo fabbricato rurale con funzione residenziale posto nelle colline siciliane prospicienti il mare
Si richiede un progetto per la creazione ex novo di un fabbricato rurale con funzione residenziale max 100mq su unico piano. Il terreno di circa due ettari e' situato in Sicilia su una altura completamente vista mare ad una altezza di circa 400 m sul livello del mare, soggetto in alcuni periodi dell'anno a vento di maestrale. E' inserito nella tipica macchia mediterranea (sughereti, corbezzoli, cisti, mirto , fichi d' india ) immerso nel parco naturale . E' completamente esposto al sole.
La casa deve avere le seguenti caratteristiche :

Vorremmo che fosse una reinterpretazione in chiave moderna di un fabbricato rurale ,tipico della zona,per inserirsi completamente nell'area agricola circostante , unico modulo o due corpi collegati tra loro.max 100mq complessivamente.
Tutte le stanze principali devono essere vista mare
Deve essere aperta all' esterno , come se l'esterno fosse un prolungamento stesso della casa
Massima semplicita' nella costruzione,linee pulite e ordinate

Zona notte
La casa deve avere due camere da letto matrimoniali nella zona piu' fresca vista mare e un bagno .(il bagno predisposta per tre persone con doccia water bidet lavandino). Una piccola zona notte per ospiti ( se le misure lo consentono)
Zona giorno
Ingresso, soggiorno con una piccola cucina con zona colazione separata dal soggiorno. Tutto vista mare. ( con piccolo bagno di servizio ). La cucina visibilmente separata.

Due ingressi ampi .
Il primo ingresso nel retro della casa per l' accesso carrabile
Il secondo ingresso nella facciata principale.
L' altezza dai 3, 20 m sino a 4 ,00.
Il tetto deve essere a due falde , con possibilità tuttavia di creare un tetto terrazza per uso solarium
Non desideriamo avere troppi ingressi per ragioni di sicurezza . Nelle camere da letto solo finestre che incorniciano il mare, zone d'ombra .

Muratura con pietre a secco piu' parti moderne.
La immaginiamo con colori chiari neutri, rilassanti e materiale naturale.

Building of a new cottage situated in the Sicilian hills looking into the sea
I need a project for the building of a cottage from the beginning, 80 sq m, one floor.
The land, about 2 hectares, is at an altitude of 400 metres, totally looking onto the sea, sometimes north -west windy during the year. It is located in the reserve of the typical maquis ( cork forest,cistus, myrtle, prickly pear) and totally in the sun.
The building should have the following features:
1 habitability max100 sqm

Outside
We would like it was a new interpretation of a rural building, typical of the region,to fit into the surrounding rural area, one module or two linked modules, max100sqm in all.
All the main rooms have to be looking onto the sea.
Il must be open outwards,as if the outside was an extention of the inside.
Greatest simplicity of the building, clean and tidy lines.
Inside
Sleeping area
The house should have two double bedrooms in the fresher zone looking onto the sea and a bathroom.( bathroom with shower,toilet,bidet,wash-basin). We would like also a shower outside.
A small sleeping area for guests, according to the size of the house,if possible.
Living area
Hall, living room with small kitchen, including a breakfast zone apart from the living room. Looking onto the sea.
A small bathroom.
Kitchen clearly apart.
Halls
Two large halls.
The first one should be in the back of the house,for the driveway.
The second one in the front of the building.
Height 3,30/4,00 m
A double pitched roof with space for a terrace solarium use.
Not too many entrances, for safety reasons.
Only windows looking onto the sea in the bedrooms.
Shady zones.
Style
Dry stone walls and modern parts.
Bright neutral relaxing colors and natural building materials.
