I’d like to mention that if you find my proposal aligned with your vision after the competition, I would be more than happy to support you further with the interior design of the project.
I also wanted to say that your original concept already appears strong and well thought out. With some targeted refinements in the interior design, it has great potential to become even more polished and professional. In fact, I was inspired by your initial idea and used it as a foundation for developing my proposal.
One key improvement I would suggest is providing a dedicated guest bathroom with access from the public area. This would allow visitors to use the facilities without entering the private zones of the home, such as the bedrooms. In my design, I’ve incorporated this feature, along with positioning the laundry space within the private corridor for better functionality.
Additionally, I recommend considering light-colored ceramic flooring and soft off-white wall finishes. These choices can significantly enhance the sense of openness, brightness, and overall elegance of the space.
In this proposal, I’ve focused on creating a clear separation between the public and private zones, building upon your original layout to achieve a more refined and functional result.
