Hi! My concept was to make a bright and light family area for couple with
two boys and warm, private rooms for each. I change the floor plan, so you have
the day area on the one side and night area on the other side. First, I put the
kitchen on the right from entrance. From kitchen you can go to dining room or to
the terrace. You can demolish the wall between dining and living area so you
have nice, big and open space, so you can be together with your two bays in
same place. The existing old library I relocate to the long wall in living room. In
the bathroom on the end of hall I put the washing and drying machine and big
shower. For boys I suggested nice and big rooms for each with bed, desk and
built-in wardrobe with sliding doors. They will have enough space for playing. For
parents will be interesting to has master bedroom with master bath and walk in
closets, like you see on the floor plan. From bedroom and from bathroom you can
go out to terrace with small windows and enjoy your morning coffee together.
