Secondo le richieste del cliente si è pensato ad un rinnovo degli spazi d'ufficio limitando le demolizioni e ragionando già nell'ottica di un successivo rinnovo che possa, con alcuni interventi più o meno puntuali, andare a ridefinire l'uso in abitazione. Si sono quindi mantenute ferme le utenze legate all'esistente bagno, senza inserirne un secondo per questo progetto, ma prevedendo una possibile ubicazione che non provochi troppi lavori in un secondo momento.
La scelta di partizioni leggere e trasparenti per alcuni ambienti sono sicuramente nell'ottica di poterle smontare con poche opere distruttive per soffitti e pavimenti, ma anche nell'idea di un ufficio che possa essere ricco di comfort (illuminazione naturale che pervade tutti gli ambienti) e un look professionale ed elegante con poche scelte materiche (vetro satinato e ferro opaco ad esempio).
Allo stesso modo il pavimento scelto per identificare i diversi ambienti va ad implementare questo senso estetico, rimanendo una ipotesi da ben valutare con i materiali più pratici all'uso in un ufficio e il budget a disposizione.
Si inserisce anche un'ipotesi di rifunzionalizzazione ad abitazione successiva per dare maggiore motivazione alle scelte progettuali di rinnovo dell'ufficio esistente.

According to the customer's requests, I decided to renew the offices by limited demolitions and with a view to a following renewal that could change it in an home with few interventions. Therefore the utilities connected to the existing bathroom were kept, without make a second one, but foreseeing a possible location without too many jobs in the future.
The choice of light and transparent partitions for some environments was in view of being able to dismantle them with few destructive works for ceilings and floors, but also in the idea of ​​a comfortable office (natural lighting in all environments) and a professional and elegant look with few material choices (satin glass and matte iron for example).
In the same way, the chosen floor that identify the different environments goes to implement this aesthetic sense, remaining a hypothesis to be well evaluated with the most practical materials for an office and the available budget.
A hypothesis of re-functionalization as a future home is also included to give greater motivation to the design choices for the offices renewal.
