1. Creation of a small raised deck approximately 20 cm high, covered in natural teak with protective anti-humidity treatment, to host the solarium area with lounge beds and umbrellas;
2. Creation of a small BBQ - lunch/dinner area in the covered alfresco space, next to the sofas, positioning a custom-made outdoor kitchen in the space protected by the small existing wall and wooden slats;
3. Installation of the barrel sauna in the free space next to the covered alfresco;
4. Moving the glass panels to the perimeter of the portico, with the possibility of making one of the panels mobile on hinges, creating a direct access gate between the covered alfresco and the swimming pool;
5. Creation of infinity lighting for the swimming pool, with LED spotlights also suitable for underwater;
6. Small changes to the perimeter fence, with the raising of some wall areas next to the entrance gate, which will be armored and protected by a security code for access by the owners of the house;
7. Creation of an entrance cover, extending the garage roof, illuminated with recessed spotlights;
8. New lighting for the garden and swimming pool area;
9. New furniture for the swimming pool and covered alfresco.
