Repositioning of Glass Panels: The glass panels will be repositioned along the existing wooden pillars to expand the space around the pool, enhancing the accessibility of the area and creating a more open and welcoming environment.

Installation of a Raised Wooden Deck: A raised deck will be installed over the existing pool pavement, crafted in wood to harmoniously blend with the surrounding environment, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the area.

Replacement of Stone Pool Edging: The existing stone slabs along the pool’s edge will be replaced to align perfectly with the new wooden deck. The edging will incorporate LED strips, adding a luminous effect on the water’s surface.

Perimeter Lighting: An LED lighting system will be installed along the entire perimeter of the wooden deck, providing a soft glow that enhances the ambiance and makes the area more inviting in the evening.

House Perimeter Lighting: The pool lighting will be integrated with vertical LED lights along the house fence, creating a visual continuity between spaces and an elegant, uniform lighting effect.

Barbecue Area Setup in the Gazebo: A fully equipped barbecue area will be created inside the gazebo adjacent to the pool, featuring a sink, worktop, refrigerator, and stove for a convenient and functional outdoor cooking experience.

Jacuzzi (or Sauna) Installation: A jacuzzi will be placed between the gazebo window and the house fence, with direct access from the pool area, offering an exclusive wellness experience with easy access for relaxation moments.

Replacement of the Entrance Door: The entrance door will be replaced with a new, safer, and more durable design. It will feature a canopy with lighting to ensure greater visibility and safety during nighttime, maintaining the aesthetic continuity with the adjacent porch.
