CONCEPT SUMMARY: "NOTHING TOUCHES THE GROUND EXCEPT PEOPLE, LIKE POKE BOWLS"Concept Narrative & PhilosophyInspired by the fresh, light, and distinct layering of a Poke Bowl, this interior design strategy elevates all structural and furniture elements off the ground. Just as fresh greens float atop a bowl without cluttering the base, the space maintains a completely clear, uninterrupted ground plane to reflect lightness, fluidity, and effortless maintenance. Spatial Layering (Two-Zone Concept)Upper Layer — FLOATING (Furniture, Lighting & Fixtures)Communal Tables: Suspended from the ceiling via minimalist steel cables, keeping the floor entirely untouched. Seating & Invisible Furniture: Wall- and ceiling-anchored seating combined with transparent Igloo chairs and invisible/glass table bases where ground support is strictly necessary, enhancing the floating aesthetic. Merchandise Shelving & Counter: Organic, fluidly-shaped counter paired with arch-inspired floating shelves suspended overhead. Forms: Soft, organic, and fluid geometries that embody visual lightness. Lower Layer — FLOW (Human Movement & Seamless Base)Microcement Floor (Butter Yellow): A continuous, jointless, butter-yellow microcement finish that optimizes hygiene, easy maintenance, and spatial movement. Spatial Freedom: Dedicated exclusively to the movement, interaction, and circulation of people. A continuous organic composition where the counter, display units and suspended merchandise stands visually emerge from the Pink Mochi ceiling arch, creating a light and floating retail experience LIKE THE POKE BOWLS.
