The design translates Poke House’s renewed identity into a warm, playful and sensory environment, where the ritual of eating becomes a small moment of joy within everyday life.
The concept is built around the idea of freshness made visible. The open kitchen places preparation at the heart of the experience, turning the making of each bowl into part of the atmosphere rather than hiding it behind the scenes. Stainless steel, visible ingredients and organized preparation areas create a sense of freshness, precision and transparency.
Moving into the dining area, the functional language of the kitchen gradually transforms into a softer and more expressive environment. Warm terracotta, soft pink, natural wood, terrazzo and muted green create a palette inspired by the freshness of food and the warmth of Mediterranean life. Rounded corners, arches and layered ceiling elements soften the architecture and create a continuous visual rhythm throughout the space.
Greenery is integrated as an architectural element rather than simply decoration. Cacti and plants introduce a natural, slightly playful character, reinforcing the connection between the fresh ingredients of the bowls and the physical environment.
Lighting becomes part of the brand experience. Warm indirect illumination, illuminated arches and carefully placed decorative lighting create depth and guide movement through the restaurant, shifting the atmosphere from the energetic preparation zone to a more relaxed dining experience.
The result is a space that combines efficiency and emotion, freshness and warmth, functionality and playfulness. Every element from the material palette and furniture to the lighting, graphics and planting contributes to the same idea:
Poke House is more than a place to eat; it is a place to pause, enjoy, connect and leave feeling a little brighter. The Poke House smell
