Commercial - Restaurant
This project is a contemporary restaurant design that reflects Poke House’s energetic, youthful, and colorful brand identity throughout both the interior and exterior spaces. Vibrant brand colors such as pink, coral, yellow, blue, and green are balanced with light wood, terrazzo surfaces, and warm neutral tones. Curved forms, colorful furniture, decorative lighting, and greenery create a welcoming, dynamic, and social atmosphere.
The interior is organized around ordering and service areas, product display zones, seating areas, and supporting service spaces, all connected through a functional circulation layout. Brand logos, slogans, and graphic elements are integrated into the architecture as part of the overall design language rather than being treated only as decoration.
Two alternative design proposals were developed for the main indoor seating area. The first offers a more dynamic and distinctive approach, featuring soft, flowing curves and a layered seating system organized around a spiral form. This concept creates a more playful, fluid, and experience-oriented environment. The second proposal follows a more traditional approach, using a conventional table-and-chair arrangement to provide a clear, practical, and flexible seating layout. Together, these two alternatives explore different spatial experiences and ways of using the same interior.
The exterior design features pink vertical panels, large arched openings, dome-shaped awnings, and integrated linear lighting, creating a strong and recognizable brand presence. The outdoor seating area is complemented by landscaping and warm lighting, extending the welcoming and social character of the interior into the exterior space.
Overall, the project combines color, form, graphics, furniture, lighting, and landscaping within a cohesive brand language, creating a modern, playful, welcoming, and user-focused Poke House restaurant concept.
