Hello to Client,

Thank you for this challenge contest! But years of playing tetris video game, helped me to fit all into one small but nice appartment.
Some points I would like to forward you for are:

1. Bidet, there is no separate WC+Bidet, but COMBO WC+combo two-in-one

2. Bed, is the smallest bed which can be called DOUBLE BED, and it is 200x135cm, according to EU laws.

3. KITCHEN, is the smallest kitchen I've ever seen, but useful and full of the light!
It is 200x45cm, only, but it is quit enough for 1-2 young people, or workers, or tourists, or, business people...45cm wide is not standard, but it can be made very easy, and it firs most of the needs, in this case of living.
Regarding the sink size, you may flip it to horizontal position, instead of "vertical", or to place water pipe on the left side, instead of "above" (looking from the top). The same applies for kitchen burners, if you can not find small enough, less then 44cm, just flip it to horizontal.

4. BEDROOM, has the window...looking to the living room, but this is not issue, as the living room has 2 giant king size windows, so it is almost the same as having it is own window. It also has TV, which is quit good.

5. LAUNDRY, is just small part of hallway, but quit enough, you can also have combo washer and dryer machine.

6. All the furniture parts and all the distances between them are the most smallest possible, but still to be useful and comfortable.

7. Overall, I quit happy with your design, and honestly speaking, I just can not imagine to see it better placed, all of your needs, but we will see....

Best Regads!
