Fulfilling the main requirement of the owner, who needs to divide the space into two independent areas divided by a wall. I designed a solution that allows circulation between the spaces in a very functional way, while at the same time they are distributed in an efficient way.
The space, which is located on the right side, has a glass panel and a door, which allows the interior to be illuminated. At the reception there is a green wall on which there are also some phrases with LED lights, this makes the space more pleasant and allows it to attract people's attention. At the reception there are 3 chairs where people can wait.
On the back wall there are vertical wooden elements from floor to ceiling, this gives warmth to the space.
A double glass door is what allows communication with the elevator and the stairs. The staircase is now designed in such a way that it allows communication with the floor above, but blocks access to the underground floor. The underground floor can only be accessed through the other space. Which has a separate entrance.
