Briefing

Hi designers,

this Contest is about the interior design of an attic with exposed beams in the mountains, 1200mt above sea level.

I’d like a modern but rustic/mountain style for the furniture. The flooring is made of light rectangular tiles with a woodcarving effect. In general, I’d like the apartment to be bright and light (see references) and mainly made of wood (light wood is preferable). The view from the windows is stunning, especially in the living room (see photos).

LIVING AREA: I’d like a wine-cellar/bar, mainly made of wood and stone and enlighten where now there is the office desk (see plan). I’d like a couch with chaise-longue near the wall that could be also used as a guest double bed. I’d like to place the dining area where you see the sofa in the plan. I’d like a wide table and a small tv cabinet (the tv is 65/75’’) in front of the couch; for the sofa, I’d prefer them to be gray. There is a pellets stove that I’d like to redecorate with stones in a typical mountain style. Particular attention should be paid to lighting, I’d like the house to be really bright and with warm light. I’d be grateful if in the lighting plan that I’ve purchased you could signal wall sockets and the position of all spotlights.

MASTER BEDROOM: I’d like a bedroom with walk-in-closet since the room is quite wide. I’d really like to have a comfortable and wide bathroom here. We also need a laundry with an ironing spot (if possible). There is also a second – and smaller – bathroom that would be our guest bathroom.

KITCHEN: here we need all appliances: wide cooker, peninsula with electricity.
We need a coat hanger and a shoe rack for guests. The shoe rack could also be outside the apartment.

MEZZANINE: the bigger room should have an enclosed office; a master bed and a small wardrobe if possible. The smaller room with master bedroom too. Warm and comfortable furniture and warm lighting. Bathroom with Jacuzzi and a “spa” shower.
The minimum height of the mezzanine is about 1,85mt and the maximum is about 2,9mt. I’ll upload the precise measures soon.

I’ll upload soon some more material: floor plans, prospects with heights and photos of the current situation.

I bought two renders, I’d be pleased if they could comprehend both floors, the ground floor and the mezzanine.

ITA: Appartamento Mansarda con travi a vista.

In generale arredamento Rustico Moderno Montagna altezza 1200 metri
Il Pavimento e' in piastrelle rettangolari e danno l effetto del legno...colore legno chiaro
In generale l appartamento deve essere abbastanza chiaro ( come ad esempio file allegati) e come legno si pensava a qualcosa di abbastanza chiaro ma sempre color legno.La vista e' stupenda in entrambi i lati ma dal soggiorno e' una cosa unica e spettacolare.( come da allegati)

SOGGIORNO: una cantina bar molto caratteristica con pietra e legno ed illuminata al posto della scrivania ufficio che si vede nella planimetria allegata . il divano chaiselongue attaccato alla parete che si possa allungare per trasformarlo in un letto di fortuna matrimoniale, e , dove si vede divano in planimetria allegata con tappeto per terra sostituire con sala da pranzo con relativo tavolo ,sedie e mobili consigliati possibilmente spaziosi; mobile basso per tv da 65 / 75 pollici posto di fronte al divano; area stufa a pellet e' gia inserita e la vorrei decorare con sasso a visto tipico rustico di montagna, illuminazione importante con luci calde dove voi ritenete opportuno.I Divani li gradirei di colore grigio.
In tutta la casa gradirei mi venisse segnato dove mettere prese elettriche e punti luce.

Camera da letto matrimoniale comprensiva di guardaroba ecc ecc .Considerata la dimensione penso si possa ottenere qualcosa di abbastanza ampio.Illuminazione come meglio credete
Bagno importante comprensivo di tutte le comodita'

Lavanderia: sfruttare tutti gli spazi possibili compreso posto ( se possibile) dove poter stirare.
Cucina comprensiva di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari incluso Focolare ampio, Necessaria Penisola con corrente elettrica
Bagno di servizio come meglio credete
Inserire da qualche parte appendiabiti se arriva gente a trovarci e una scarpiera ( questa puo' essere magari messa anche all esterno, prima di entrare in appartamento

ZONA SOPPALCO :
Camera grande di circa 25 mq comprensiva di piccolo ufficio .Letto matrimoniale grande.Arredamento caldo e illuminazione importante calda! se possibile piccolo guardaroba
Camera piccola : accogliente..Letto matrimoniale
Bagno: Molto importante comprensivo di vasca Jacuzzi. Doccia particolare tipo spa

Forniro' tra circa 10 giorni ulteriori piantine , prospetti altezze e foto del luogo

Ho acquistato due rendering, vorrei che includessero sia il piano di sotto che il soppalco se possibile.Ringrazio molto per la vostra collaborazione e gentilezza

Ps : Volevo aggiungere che il soppalco ha una altezza minima di 1.85 mt circa ad un massimo di circa 2.90 mt ma saro piu' preciso a breve tempo

Pps : Il riscaldamento nel piano inferiore e' a pavimento mentre nel piano suoperiore( soppalco) , termosifoni a muro
