Respected client, here is your new apartment.
The concept is derived from the idea of creating primarily functional, comfortable, and modern space, all in line with your requirements, and future use in mind.
The apartment is organized as two functionally separate zones, Day and Night zone. First one is more opened and public, and other more intimate.
Day zone is mainly realized as large open space, and Night area is more oriented towards the idea that everybody has they own private space.
Day zone contains of:
- large open floor plan style living room,
- kitchen with possibility to be enclosed by glass panels (in this way kitchen is still contemplated as part of the large open space living area),
- dining area with close connection with large balcony,
- recreation area with possibility to be closed by glass panels,
- study/ library/ office room (positioned in such a way that allows it to be connected with master bedroom in the future if you desire so),
- entrance area, toilet with wardrobe, storage room.
Night zone contains of:
- master bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom with large shower, sauna, gym area (that can be enclosed with a “heavy” curtain), which is connected with spa area on the balcony (hot tub and sun tanning area ).
- child bedroom with areas to study and play in,
- guest bedroom,
- bathroom,
- laundry room.
