Description

Dear Client,

To make the main area look brighter, I decided to remove most of the non-structural wall in the living area. To divide the area, we will use half-height room dividers and ceiling height differences.

First, you will enter the apartment through a bright foyer, which has visual connection to the kitchen. Moving forward, you'll find a spacious open living area which has a bright high ceiling with Indirect Lighting (See pictures). Turning right from the TV area, you'll find a dining area with audio corner in the wall, built from your existing shelves and furnitures.

Kitchen is still in the same spot a before, but enlarged and more spacious. You also got a big island with 3 barstool, but if you have another idea you can tell me :).

Study room is located behind the TV area. The bed in the study/guest room is actually a retractable daybed, IKEA Brimnes.

For the private part of the house, you get two bedrooms and two bathroom. One bathroom is connected to your master bedroom, and the other one is for public use.

So how do you think? If you like the direction of the design, we can discuss the detail later. Please don't be shy to give me some feedback/changes :).
