Hello. I present your reconstructed apartment.
I made 2 variants of project.
Generally, I kept the front entrance and the size and size of the bedrooms. The windows were not changed in the whole house. The place and size of the bathroom was changed. I removed the closet and part of the old bathroom and made a new one with a toilet,bidet, a sink and a shower.
Variant 1 of the project
In it the location of the kitchen is next to the bathroom. Thus, the old tubs can be used in the bathroom for the sink and the kitchen washer. A nice large kitchen is opened that is open to the living room and the dining room - it is not divided by a wall.
In the parent's bedroom I have made a room for clothes, and in the nephews room there is a sofa bed for the nephews and many bookshelves and place for your collection.
Variant 2 of project
It preserves the place of the old kitchen but removes the old wall and the kitchen is expanding. I have added a kitchen bar - island. There is a dining table and the sofa is located next to the bathroom with a view of the terrace. One door that was unusable by the bathroom can now be used.
There is no room for clothes in the master bedroom but there is two large wardrobes, so the room is more spacious.
In the nephews room has two beds and shelves for your books and collections.

Ho realizzato 2 varianti di progetto.
In generale, ho tenuto l'ingresso principale e le dimensioni e le dimensioni delle camere da letto. Le finestre non sono state cambiate in tutta la casa. Il posto e le dimensioni del bagno sono state cambiate. Ho rimosso l'armadio e parte del vecchio bagno e ne ho ricavato uno nuovo con wc, bidet, lavandino e doccia.
Variante 1 del progetto
In esso la posizione della cucina è accanto al bagno. Così, le vecchie vasche possono essere utilizzate in bagno per il lavello e la lavatrice. Una bella cucina aperta è aperta sul soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo - non è divisa da un muro.
Nella camera da letto dei genitori ho fatto una stanza per i vestiti, e nella stanza dei nipoti c'è un divano letto per i nipoti e molte librerie e un posto per la tua collezione.
Variante 2 del progetto
Conserva il posto della vecchia cucina ma rimuove il vecchio muro e la cucina si espande. Ho aggiunto un bar in cucina - isola. C'è un tavolo da pranzo e il divano si trova accanto al bagno con vista sulla terrazza. Ora è possibile utilizzare una porta che era inutilizzabile dal bagno.
Non c'è spazio per i vestiti nella camera da letto principale, ma ci sono due grandi armadi, quindi la stanza è più spaziosa.
Nella stanza dei nipoti ci sono due letti e scaffali per i tuoi libri e collezioni.
