Description

The main goal of the project was to redistribute the unused spaces, like the large hallway, and also give you complete freedom regarding furniture choices.
I decided to keep the original location of the kitchen and most of the rooms in order to avoid possible major costs ( moving pipes, drains, electrical outlets, breaking down walls).
By cancelling the second bathroom i've proposed an open space living area that benefits from plenty of light, coming from the 3 windows (4 including the kitchen).
The kitchen can remain open (with the sink not visible) or can be closed later on depending on your preferences. The bar (1,15m height) manages to visually sepparate the kitchen area from the dining area, while not closing it completely.
The washing machine is hidden and close to the bathroom, there is plenty of storage space ( also for your traveling souvenirs) and the second bedroom can be used either by your nephews as a guestroom, or by you as a study room.
I've proposed the bedroom on top to be the master bedroom because of the terrace accessibility, but a switch with the room below is also doable.
