The Building has three entry/exit points, Two strictly pedestrian (one from the main road and other from the beach side) and one vehicular entry direct to the basement parking.
From basement the user can go to its apartment through lift or the staircase which leads to the ground floor and then connects it to the main core of the building.
The building profile is planned such as it covers the maximum area possible while respecting the setback line. To do so two walls are aligned to the setback line and other two are mirror image to keep the building form symmetrical.
Each apartment has their own utility area for washing clothes attached to the kitchen which is screened by the vertical fins for privacy.
