Design Rationale

In this design, the main entrance and staircase are positioned at the center of the plan to achieve clear and efficient spatial organization. Each bedroom has its own independent bathroom and its own private kitchenette, ensuring complete privacy and autonomy for every unit.

Based on your request that no collective or shared kitchen space is needed, no central kitchen has been included in the design.

On the ground floor, a laundry room and a small reception area are provided to improve convenience and circulation.

The first floor includes three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette. In the attic level, we have also added an additional bedroom, a separate bathroom, and an independent linear kitchenette.

Considering the available space, we successfully incorporated an extra bedroom to maximize functionality and meet your requirements.
