Given that the building is a load-bearing structure, designing an entirely open and flexible layout would be impractical. For this reason, my approach focuses on achieving a cost-effective solution with minimal structural alterations, while still prioritizing both functionality and aesthetics.

The proposal includes two main design options, along with an additional concept for a larger private ground-floor suite. The exterior has also been thoughtfully developed to harmonize with the surrounding context and enhance the overall character of the property.
