We're excited to share a brief overview of the design concept we've developed for your property, which is being transformed into a charming Bed & Breakfast that blends historical character with cozy elegance.

Inspired by the heritage of the area, the design embraces an Italian rustic and romantic historical style, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels both timeless and intimate.

- Ground Floor We began with the ground floor, designing a small reception area with cozy seating to warmly welcome guests. This level also includes the main bathroom and a laundry room, positioned for easy access and functionality without compromising aesthetics.

- First Floor Guests ascend via an elegant staircase to the first floor, which features three uniquely styled bedrooms, each with its own character and ambiance. A shared bathroom and a communal coffee and refreshment corner serve this level, encouraging interaction while maintaining comfort and privacy.

- Attic A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the attic, where we’ve created two additional bedrooms. These rooms continue the theme of individuality and charm, offering guests a peaceful retreat. This floor is designed focusing purely on the sleeping experience.

- Basement The basement is envisioned as a space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a dining nook, a small kitchen, a refined lounge area, a play corner, and a practical storage room. This level adds a social and recreational dimension to the guest experience.

- Design Identity Throughout the property, we’ve preserved the historical essence of the building while infusing it with rustic Italian textures and romantic detailing. The result is a B&B that feels authentic, soulful, and thoughtfully curated for memorable stays.
