Palazzetto

The renovation project for Palazzetto aims to create five premium bedrooms within the historic context of Viterbo, adopting a Historical Minimalist style and a modern Stone/Steel/Wood fusion, ensuring an intimate and non-anonymous environment. Structurally, the Attic floor (2F) will be structurally enhanced by lowering the floor by 60 cm and including skylights to produce two comfortable and highly usable rooms. The functional distribution includes 1 bedroom on the Ground Floor (GF) alongside a Lobby, a Locker Room, and a Common Room, 2 independent units bedroom with small kitchenettes on the First Floor (1F), and 2 functional bedrooms in the Attic (2F), while the underground Cave will be repurposed as a unique wellness and lounge facility in the future development
