Space Optimization: New Distribution of 5 Bedrooms Across Three Levels

The home's renovation has focused on maximizing functionality and making the most of the available space through new vertical zoning. The 5 bedrooms have been strategically distributed across three distinct levels, ensuring a clear separation of functions and improving the occupants' quality of life.

Level 1: Entrance

This level houses the first bedroom, which is designed to offer maximum flexibility. Its separate location makes it ideal as the entrance and living room of the house. Being on the ground floor, it minimizes interference with the main sleeping areas and acts as an independent functional zone. There is one bedroom at the end of the floor and it does not interfer with the rest of the distribution.

Level 2: Family Connection and Intermediate Bedrooms

The second level is designated as the intermediate social and family area, housing two bedrooms. This central location is ideal for children, teenagers, or family members who need easy access to the home's common areas (such as the dining room or kitchen and the laundry room). Grouping them here facilitates a direct family connection without sacrificing the privacy of other areas.

Level 3: Rest Retreat and Maximum Privacy

The top level has been consolidated as the home's private retreat. The remaining two bedrooms are located here this ensures a quieter and more exclusive environment for rest, enhancing comfort and privacy.

This optimized distribution uses the vertical structure to zone the house, giving each level a clear purpose. The result is a home that feels more spacious, organized, and one that minimizes interruptions between areas for work, socializing, and rest.
