Project explanation Smart organizations have their primary goal the performance of their emplyees, therefore a thoughtful workplace design is one of the perfect tools that help them to achieve their purpose. Performance covers ability motivation and opportunity. Trough a quality design you can achieve the performanece of your. employees. We took into account the most important workplace design considerations as: color, lighting, human factors and ergonomics, materials, etc. along with customer requirements. The efficient organization of our office space has determined that the upper side of the plan to be reserved for the four closed offices for the four managers and their stuff and the lower part to become an open workspace as a whole. This zone includes the reception and waiting area wich is separated from the working area trough a transparent conference room (modulated into two parts) wich we have thought to be a piece of furniture itself and not a room with opaque walls. The open workspace area we wanted to have a slight indutrial touch – basing on the idea of having only the necessary; thus the ceilling is `honest` as well. The whole space has a hard floor finish, namely a screed floated concrete covered with epoxy resin. The hardness of the floor is temperated by the hardwood plating walls, by the seats shape and texture (from the waiting area) and by the well controlled light.
