business - large-office
The proposal consists of positioning work areas along two longitudinal axes; first (private), facing the inside part of the property/building, and second (public), facing the external part of the building trough the glass façade. Materials are used to create more sophisticated and elegant spaces for private offices (wood, wood paneling, glass, plaster), and more informal and modern spaces for the open space area,(glass, steel, lacquered finishes). Executive offices are located one close to the other in the northern part of the plan, including the area of services/restrooms which has no design variants as requested. The offices lean out on a central corridor, in front of the open space location for salesmen. The two conference rooms are placed between these two areas - private and public-, with materials belonging to both areas: the Venetian stucco finish of walls in private offices and the glass partitions of open space offices. The wide glass partitions, creating the “open space” area, allow light entering from glass façade, showing a bigger space and frenetic working activity. There are two waiting areas: the first one near the entrance and the reception - public-, the second one, more private, at the end of the longitudinal axe of the offices.
