The layout is designed in a simple and
effective. One central hallway distributes various spaces, so it takes up less
space and have larger offices. The reception and waiting room (for 8 persons)
are located to the right of the entrance and to the left are the two meeting
rooms (both for 8 people), so as to allow the guests to have all the input and
not having to go through the offices. The offices are large and comfortable. The
offices for the staff can accommodate up to 3 people (for industrial &
marine manager) and 10 (for contract dept. manager). These have glass walls to
allow the entry of natural light. The large open space can accommodate up to 44
sellers. All offices have more seats than those required
for a possible extension. If they do not serve can be removed and have more
space and comfortable. The cost estimate is general, and can vary
depending on the type and quality of furniture that you want. Regarding the
masonry costs can vary greatly depending on the geographical area also. Unfortunately I saw the contest only a few days
ago, and I have not had time to perform elaborations 3d to show my idea of the
