Dear Client,
Thank you for this opportunity and was a pleasure working on your project.
Hope the work is satisfactory and will meet your need.
The concept is based on designing your land with optimization in mind. For that, my design is compact and linear as possible. This is shown as I have placed the pool between the house and the garage, giving space untouched to most of the land. This is done without sacrificing the functionality and aesthetic appealing of the landscape. This also allows for more space for future development or extension.
Each tree is preserved, even the one located between the house and garage. As shown, it was incorporated with the pool and the pool deck in an eye pleasing form. It can be used additionally for its shade on the deck. The back road next to the deck is constructed of dark and light cobblestone that are placed as stripes. this allows visually to increase the depth of the land and to enhance its linearity. The balconies are transformed into flowerbeds since there are no use for them. They are enhanced by a sort of pergola or shed which allows for ivies and climbing trees to dangle from them.
The outdoor terrace is large enough to accommodate an open kitchen with grill and a dining table in-addition to a seating area overlooking the pool below. Other amenities include a fire pit and a raised bed which can be used for vegetation or for ornamental flowers and flora.
The wall at the backside of the garage was used as part of the pool house. This pool house serves as an outdoor WC with Showers and changing room in addition to the pool mechanical and equipment room which is just about 3.5 meters from the pool.
The fence is constructed and cladded mechanically with stripes of cement board of 61cm each. (This would allow to use the cement board panels of 1.22 meters without much lose. It’s like splitting the panel into two). These panels are sat on top of a podium-like stone cladding that runs around the whole parameter. The fence itself is cladded with the same type of stone and it is designed to have two openings. One for the cars and the other for the pedestrians. The fence and gate are simple yet robust and would fit the landscape and the surrounding perfectly.
The house façade is treated the same way. The right part is cladded with stripes of cement board and the left part is painted with the same greyish off-whitish color. Wood is incorporated as well on the house façade and on the pool house.
In the end, I hope I have met all the possible requirements and if there are any suggestions, modifications or inquires, feel free to reach out.
