Residential - House
Following the proposed typological scheme, it is proposed to widen the module of each block at the front to give the façade a higher hierarchy, turning functions towards the front that were previously concentrated in the centre, such as the bathroom and laundry. The continuity of the roof acts as an overhang.
Moving the service bathroom to the front improves ventilation and allows for a larger pantry.
The central courtyard is levelled two steps below ground level. A water mirror is given prominence with a central walkway that acts as a bridge between the entrance hall and the courtyard.
The distribution of the kitchen, dining room and living room is respected. Proposing a fireplace in the living area and a visual continuity between this area and the porch by means of a wall-to-wall window.
The porch was designed as a greenhouse with a sliding fabric cover. In order to maximize the views of the beautiful landscape that surrounds them.
