Residential - House
The development of the project revolves around the idea of creating a residence tailored to the client's requirements: the result is an H-shaped contemporary Spanish-style architecture that fits harmoniously into the building plot and dialogues with the surrounding nature. The design philosophy aims to ‘open’ the space towards the private forest and the stream thanks to the large windows and orientation, and to close it towards the neighbourhood also thanks to the inclusion of targeted tree species. Drawing inspiration from your design indications, the floor plan was studied where the internal areas naturally interface towards the intimate courtyard where a series of functions for wellness and conviviality in the open air such as relaxation, recreation, and dining with a view of nature are united within it seamless. From an architectural point of view, outstanding elements are the important fireplace, designed to be used both from inside and outside, and the porch with openable glass walls and a balcony overhanging the stream to be completely immersed in nature. The choice of colours together with the materials, as can be seen from the renderings, was fundamental in giving the home its sought-after style: white stucco, stone cladding, industrial-style windows and Spanish tiles. The insertion of a pool of water (fountain) inside the courtyard completes the use of the five fundamental elements for wellbeing and balance: wood-fired-earth-metal-water.
