here is my concept project for your apartment.

There are three solutions (floor plan versions):
1 - floor plan verison no.1 - requires the biggest budget and a few masonry work, but the result is a comfortable apartment
2 - floor plan verison no.2 - this plan doing the necessary changes that would give better conditions of living space (one of the major changes is the door to the bathroom...)
3 - floor plan verison no.3 - plan with a minimum of changes, but meets the requirements set by you

Terrace is the same for all versions floor plan. On the terrace I had planned to set up the structure with glass roof and windows, please pay attention to the attachments to images and links in to understand the solution
