Finalmente un appartamento tutto nostro e vorremmo renderlo stupendo con un budget limitato.
Principali punti di forza della casa sono la luminosità e l'ampiezza delle due camere in fondo.
La planimetria che abbiamo caricato ha le misure in metri ed è in scala.
La suddivisione degli spazi ci è congeniale. La sala (S in cartina) è però un po' piccola. Avremmo quindi in mente di collegare la cucina (K in cartina) alla sala. Non sappiamo se sia meglio fare una sorta di arco tra le due, abbattere del tutto il muro o collegare le due stanze con una porta scorrevole alta e ampia come una parete (quest'ultima per avere la possibilità di posizionare un tavolo allungabile a cavallo di cucina e sala o, all'occorrenza, di separare completamente i due ambienti chiudendo la porta).
Vorremmo fare la nostra camera da letto nell'ultima stanza a destra (C in cartina, senza balcone) e ci piacerebbe ricavare nell'altra stanza una sorta di studio/sala relax che possa funzionare anche come camera degli ospiti.
I pavimenti della sala (S in cartina), delle stanze (C) e del corridoio sono di nostro gusto e vorremmo mantenerli.
In sostanza sono da "rivedere"la sala, la cucina e le due stanze - soprattutto lo studio/camera degli ospiti - e, infine, il bagno (visti gli spazi, si potrebbe anche pensare di ricavare due bagni).
Sarebbe bello avere un tavolino per fare colazione nel balconcino che dà sulla cucina ma forse gli spazi sono troppo limitati.
Siamo una giovane coppia e, in linea generale, ci piace l'arredamento semplice cui si accompagna anche qualche elemento classico.
Ci piacerebbe arredare la casa in modo ricercato, tuttavia al momento abbiamo bisogno di ottenere il miglior risultato possibile con la minor spesa possibile. L'ideale sarebbe poter rinvenire mobili dello stile che ci suggerirete nelle catene commerciali.
Non vediamo l'ora di vedere le vostre proposte per la nostra stupenda casetta!

Our own apartment – at last! – and we want to make it beautiful with a limited budget.
The brightness and the amplitude of the two rooms (C in the map) are the main strengths of the house.
The map that we uploaded shows the measurements in meters (it's a scale drawing).
The current subdivision of the rooms is in general congenial for us. However, the living room (S in the map), is quite small. Then we are planning to connect the kitchen (K in the map) to the living room and we are considering at the moment three options: obtaining a sort of arch between the two rooms; bringing down the entire wall; connecting the two areas with a high sliding door resembling a wall (the latter option could be practical in order to be able to open an extensible table between the kitchen and the living room and to completely separate the two areas closing the door).
Our bedroom might be in the last room on the right (C in the map, without balcony) and we would like to get a kind of studio/relax room in the other room, that should also serve as guest bedroom.
We like the existing floors in rooms S and C and we would like to keep them.
We are a young couple and, in general, we like simple decor accompanied by some classic element. We definitely love sought furniture but, at the time, we are looking for the best possible result with the least possible expense.
The ideal situation would be to find the furniture that you will recommend us in the commercial chains.
