I love a modern minimalist style with industrial trends. I would like to build a mezzanine preferably above the kitchen area of 20-25 square meters for study-relaxation use. In the open space below I would like to create a kitchen area with island, living area with generously sized table and seating area with TV. I would like the mezzanine to be at a height of at least 250-260 cm. The house is under construction so I cannot upload realistic images. I can upload the dxf for the measurements and a pdf showing the house in orthogonal projection. The space I want to furnish is the ambiance of 10 x 5 meters: the height of this room is 3.98 meters above the windows and 5.98 meters on the right wall when entering. The measurements in the pdfs are not good because they have been modified with a variant to make it possible to create a mezzanine
You can slightly move the French windows facing south and the door facing the sleeping area as the house has yet to be built and will be delivered to me next year
