Tried to split the apartment in two ways, by giving you two options. The first solution is more generous to the dining area in the larger apartment, and leaves the bathroom in the small apartment almost unchanged.
The second solution offers more in the living room of the large apartment, and has an extra wardrobe space in the area of the hallway to the bedroom in the smaller apartment.
Both options have the same entrance points, through the old apartment door.
