Project description

Dear client,

The goal of this project was to create an efficient, functional environment for a Tax and labor data processing center while integrating rentable office spaces and potential coworking areas.
Two alternative layouts were developed, differing mainly in the positioning of your own offices and rental offices. This allows you to choose a solution based on preferred window views or orientation. Solution A, for example, sets executive office in corner office, with both south west and southeast views. In both solutions, the design prioritizes rational use of space and the optimization of natural light for offices and the main meeting room.

The functional organization begins with a reception and waiting area at the entrance, followed by a spacious main corridor providing access to all key spaces — offices, meeting room, kitchenette, server room and restrooms.
To clearly distinguish the Tax and labor data processing center from the rental office area, sliding doors or standard doors are proposed at the entrances to each zone, ensuring both privacy and functional separation. The meeting room, which may also be used by third parties, has an independent entrance from the main corridor.
The result is a flexible, professional workspace tailored to accountants, consultants, and independent professionals, combining functional efficiency with a welcoming business center atmosphere.
I wish you good luck with your project!
Best regards!
